Joaquin Phoenix is the living, breathing embodiment of post-traumatic stress disorder in Lynne Ramsay’s “You Were Never Really Here.” The Scottish director’s short, blunt thriller is so violently nerve-jangling that it feels like a stretch to recommend it, exactly — the director herself admitted at Tuesday’s Lower East Side premiere that telling her audience, “Enjoy!” would be a misnomer.
